First year competitor. No exceptions to ensure fairness to the “New” competitive dancers.

 

GROUPS - 90% or more need to be first year competitors to qualify for this level.

 

TRIOS - 2 or more dancers need to be first year competitors to qualify for this level.

 

DUETS - 100% of dancers need to be first year competitors to qualify for this level.

 

SOLOS - Can have competed in a Group Dance(s) in ONE previous season and place their solo in Emerald the following season if it is their 1st Solo, however if this dancer has competed in a duet/trio or has competed in groups for more than one season, their solo MUST be moved up a level(s).

Turns - cannot exceed a double pirouette.

Tricks - all acro tricks must have hand(s) on floor with the exception to a side aerial.
