Q. WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO ENTER NATIONALS

A. UNTIL OUR FINAL SCHEDULE HAS BEEN DRAFTED please email to inquire.

Q. DO WE NEED TO PRE QUALIFY AT A REGIONAL TO DO YOUR NATIONAL EVENT?

A. No. But you do need to enter with a studio. We do not accept individual entries WITHOUT STUDIO APPROVAL.

 

Q. ELITE TEAM DEADLINE FOR NATIONALS IS WHEN?
 

A. MAY 25th, 2025 for all Invitees in 2025 - ALL 2024 Invitees must accept their invites on or before OCTOBER 1st, 2024.
 

Q. CAN WE ENTER THE ELITE TEAM AFTER THE DEADLINE? WE NEED MORE TIME TO DECIDE.
 

A. NO.

Q. WHEN IS THE ABSOLUTE DEADLINE TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE ELITE TEAM UNIFORM WITH LATE FEES ADDED?
 

A. May 25th for 2025 Invitees and October 1st for 2024 Invitees.

Q. DO WE HAVE TO ENTER A ROUTINE IN COMPETITION IF WE ARE ON THE ELITE TEAM?
 

A. Yes. Any routine (no min no max. but must be in at least one  Solo/Duet/Trio)

Q. DO WE NEED TO ENTER THE SAME ROUTINE AT NATIONALS THAT WE DID AT REGIONALS?

A. No. All routines are able to enter our Nationals even if new!
 

Q. IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES A DANCER CAN ENTER INTO NATIONALS?
 

A. No you may enter as many as you would like

Q. CAN OTHERS ENTER NATIONALS IF NOT INVITED ON THE ELITE TEAM
 

A. Yes the Nationals are open to ANYONE who wants to enter

Q. CAN I ENTER MY ROUTINES ONLINE FOR THE COMPETITION.
 

A. NO. Only studio directors are allowed to submit routines to our Competitions at all times (regionals and nationals alike).

Q. IS THERE CONVENTION AT  NATIONALS?
 

A. NO.

Q. IS GALA MANDATORY FOR ALL DANCERS?
 

A. Yes All Competitors are required to attend the GALA.

Q. IS THE GALA MANDATORY FOR PARENTS AT NATIONALS? Either one?
 

A. ALL dancers under the age of 14 require supervision so there must be a responsible ADULT over the age of 25 who is responsible for your child if you are unable to attend. We do recommend all parents do attend as this is the AWARDS BANQUET. So all OVERALLS are not done at the competition they are done during this time. If your child wins you wont be a part of that moment without a Gala Ticket. In addition, if you do not purchase your ticket by the Gala Ticket deadline of June 1st, Prices will increase.

Q. DOES A BABY NEED A GALA TICKET?
 

A. NO. they do not need a ticket (under 3 years old) 3+over will require a ticket. If your 2yr old requires a seat, they will also need a ticket. All seats are accounted for.
